About the Role
INDIGO Park Canada is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design/Multimedia Intern to join our national marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Graphic Design/Multimedia Intern, you will primarily support graphic design and video content creation, while also assisting with digital marketing initiatives across web and social channels. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to help bring campaigns to life, maintain brand consistency, and support the creation of engaging, high-quality content. This role will also support our Training and Development team in designing learning materials.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Visual Content: Create marketing visuals using Canva and Affinity for social media, presentations, digital ads, and website content. Support ongoing brand consistency across all creative assets. Adapt templates and designs for different platforms and formats
Video Creation & Editing: Assist with video creation and editing using Canva and Riverside. Produce long-form videos for YouTube and short-form clips for LinkedIn and social platforms. Support basic video formatting, captions, and visual enhancements
Digital & Web Support: Assist with the creation and updates of marketing landing pages in WordPress using HTML and CSS to support layout edits, styling, and content formatting.
Marketing Support: Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including web, social, and other digital initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and content ideas.
HR Support: Support the Training and Development team in designing and developing learning materials for the online employee learning portal. Collaborate with stakeholders to edit copy and organize content, creating a clear flow and layout for each learning module. Design materials in accordance with brand standards to ensure the content is visually engaging, consistent, and effective for learners.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide recommendations based on data to improve future campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support campaign timelines and deliverables. Contribute ideas during brainstorming and creative planning sessions
