Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers across Canada.
• Provide support with parking access, payments, equipment issues, and general inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns and complaints.
• Identify and report parking equipment or access issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
• Bilingual in English and French (required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
