We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Parking Enforcement Officer to patrol assigned areas, ensure compliance with parking regulations, and provide exceptional service to the public.

Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned areas to promote safety and compliance with parking regulations.
Monitor vehicles and issue warnings or citations for parking violations.
Identify and report safety concerns, hazardous conditions, suspicious vehicles, or unusual activities.
Maintain regular communication with dispatch using a two-way radio or mobile device.
Respond to inquiries and assist members of the public in a professional and courteous manner.
Investigate and address parking-related complaints and disputed citations.
Accurately enter, retrieve, and update information using handheld devices and computer systems.
Prepare activity reports, citation documentation, and other operational records.
Collect parking meter revenues when required.
Maintain assigned equipment and vehicles, including performing basic vehicle inspections.
Report incidents, emergencies, equipment issues, and mechanical concerns to management.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications::
2-3 years of customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to remain professional and composed in challenging situations.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Able to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Accurate data entry and documentation abilities.
Basic computer proficiency.
Valid provincial driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
